This experience is, both, shared and subtly personal. Our places are the settings of our present feelings and our memories.

Degreed in Art and Architecture and registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Frank brings a seasoned depth of knowledge to each phase of the design and building process. His broad range of experience includes cultural, educational, commercial and residential projects.
